Digital & genuine 35 mm
A wedding can look considered without feeling controlled.
Digital is the backbone of my coverage: dependable, detailed and able to hold the full rhythm of the day. Genuine 35 mm film works differently. I use it as a smaller, instinctive story within the story—for humour, movement and the moments that benefit from a little unpredictability.
Together they create something more complete: a carefully edited family archive with room for the beautiful, the unruly and everything in between.
What remains
A family archive with the pulse left in.
When you return to these photographs years from now, I want more than recognition. I want you to remember the atmosphere in the room, the people you could not stop looking at and the version of yourselves that existed on that day.
That is why I care equally about the composed portrait and the half-second nobody planned.
