Look incredible. Still feel like yourselves.
Most couples are not used to being photographed—and you should not have to perform your way through the wedding.
My background in commercial photography gives me a disciplined eye for light, colour and composition. My documentary instinct tells me when to step in and when to leave a moment alone. I will guide you when it helps, then give the day back to you.
The result is polished without feeling manufactured: a complete story shaped by your people, the atmosphere and everything that actually happened.
The photographs
The whole day—not only the obvious moments.
A wedding is not only the ceremony, the portraits and the first dance. I look for the hand squeezed under the table, the pause after a speech, the friend already barefoot and the shift in energy when everyone finally lets go.
Those in-between moments give the final gallery its rhythm and make it feel like your wedding, not a checklist.
How I work
Present when it matters.
Before the wedding, we take the time to talk through the people who matter, the timings of the day and the moments you want to remember. That preparation means I can arrive knowing what deserves attention, instead of having to figure everything out as it happens.
On the day, I can step in when a little direction is useful — during preparations, portraits, or group photographs — and step back when it isn’t. The ceremony, spontaneous reactions and the interactions you can’t recreate are given the space to unfold naturally, without turning the wedding into a photoshoot.
- Connect first.
A relaxed coffee or video call helps me understand who you are, what you are planning and whether we feel comfortable together.
- Direction with a purpose.
I will lead clearly during preparations, portraits and groups when that makes the experience easier—then stop before the photographs feel overworked.
- Space for what is real.
During the ceremony and the interactions nobody can repeat, I observe closely without changing what is happening.
About me
I'm Joan. Mallorca is home.
My family, friends and roots are here. Mallorca's Mediterranean light, sun and colour have shaped the way I see, while years in commercial and wedding photography have taught me how to balance visual control with spontaneity.
I feel most at home in celebrations with real connection—artistic, energetic, unconventional or beautifully simple. The style can change; the human part is what matters.
